It depends on the game. Fitz has no account and stores everything on your device — deleting the app deletes everything. Ghostbuster League has a Delete Account button on its Profile screen, which removes your profile and progress irreversibly. For Statesville, see its support page.
In-app purchases are handled by Apple, so refunds go through reportaproblem.apple.com. Email us as well and we'll help chase it.
