Fitz — Privacy Policy

Last updated 15 September 2026 · Playpen Studios · Applies to the Fitz mobile app (com.playpen.fitz) on iOS and Android.

Fitz does not ask you to create an account, and does not ask for your name, email address, phone number or contacts. Your scores, streak and settings are stored on your device only.

What is collected

Gameplay analytics (Google Firebase Analytics). Anonymous, aggregated events about how the game is used — games started and finished, scores, whether the tutorial was completed, which buttons were pressed. These carry a random app instance identifier, not your identity.

Crash reports (Google Firebase Crashlytics). If the game crashes, a report containing the error, device model and OS version is sent so it can be fixed.

Advertising (Google AdMob). Ads are supplied by Google. Depending on your consent choices and device settings, Google may use your device's advertising identifier to select ads. In the EU, UK and Switzerland you are shown a consent form before any ad loads, and your choice is honoured. On iOS you are additionally asked whether the app may track you; if you decline, only non-personalised ads are shown.

What is not collected

No name, email address, phone number, contacts, photos, precise location, or health data. The game is fully playable offline.

Children

Fitz is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect data from them.
